1. Yes, for normal case, our sample leadtime is about 2 weeks.

    You have to pay a token sample fee of USD20.00 and the corresponding courier charge.

    Later, if you placed an order with us for the item, we will fully refund the sample fee for that item.

    Those are items we are able to accept small MOQ.

<3>  Do you accept customized oder ?

1. For retail items, you can only accept the item as it is.

2. For small MOQ items, you may have flexibility in customizing your logo on insole and packaging.

3. For oders above 1200 pairs, you can fully customized before ordering.
